Nutrigenomics for the Pearl River Delta
Upload a nutrigenomics report you already own. We read 72 markers once, map them to 16 nutrition traits, and build a week of food you can actually buy in a Macau wet market.
Your report is uploaded in the app, on your phone. This page only explains what happens to it.
We never sequence DNA, and never store a genotype.
Nutrigenomics
Nutrigenomics is the study of why. Not allergies, not a fad diet — the ordinary, measurable differences in how people absorb, convert and clear what they eat. One person turns the omega-3 in flaxseed into the form their brain uses; the next converts barely half of it and needs the fish instead. Both are normal. The difference is written at a handful of known places in the genome, and unlike almost everything else in health, those places never change. Read once, useful for the rest of your life.
The markers that matter most are the slow ones — inflammation, oxidative stress, nutrient absorption, mitochondrial efficiency. Plans target longevity-linked SNPs, and the What-If simulator projects the healthy years a specific change is worth.
FOXO3 · APOE · MTHFR · SIRT
Gene-based insight into muscle protein synthesis, recovery speed and training response, turned into higher-protein plans built from ingredients you can actually buy nearby — results that match your biology, not generic macros.
ACTN3 · MSTN · inflammation markers
Skin elasticity, collagen synthesis and oxidative stress are partly genetic. Plans prioritise foods that support the skin barrier and hydration, complementing a topical routine with internal nutrition matched to your biology.
COL1A1 · VDR · antioxidant pathways
Why generic diets fail
Most people eat on general advice rather than their own genetic sensitivity. The advice is not wrong so much as addressed to nobody in particular — and a plan written for an average person is followed by no one for long.
Export your raw genotype from BGI Genomics, 23andMe or AncestryDNA. It arrives as a few hundred thousand rows of text that mean nothing on their own.
Inside the app
Every figure on these screens is computed, not written — the score from your genotype, the macros from the recipes, the projection from the simulator running live against your own targets.
What we read
Every marker on the panel earns its place through replicated diet-interaction evidence, and each is weighted by how strong that evidence actually is — strong, moderate, or emerging. Two of them matter especially here.
Sharply reduces the enzyme that clears acetaldehyde — the compound behind flushing, nausea and headache. Common across East Asian populations and near-absent elsewhere. It is a physical signal that less is genuinely better for you, not a preference.
Keeps the lactase gene switched on into adulthood. Most adults worldwide stop producing lactase after childhood, and that is the normal human pattern rather than a defect — so most users here read low, and we frame it as typical.
What you get back
A trait result always carries its evidence: the gene, the rsID, and your actual call at that locus. A claim you cannot check is a claim you should not trust.
Scores run a four-tier ladder — optimal, typical, watch, act — chosen so the strongest thing we can say to you is still about food.
Built for where you shop
The ingredient pool and recipes are built for Macau, Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta. Every ingredient is marked for whether a wet market stocks it or whether it needs an import supermarket — so a plan is something you can actually shop, not a translation of a Western meal kit.
Nutrient baselines follow Chinese DRIs wherever they differ meaningfully from Western references.
